Welcome to health care magic.

1. Chondromalacial changes - means softening of the cartilage in the mentioned locations.
2.The meniscus shows signal intensity changes suggestive of tear or degenerative changes.
3.If there is history of trauma it suggest of traumatic cause. If not then degenerative changes.
4. Degenerative changes are age related or excessive weight bearing or hard working individuals with weight bearing.
5. For the bone and cartilage changes the treatment is good - for meniscus it needs repair. Some time total knee replacement surgery - depending on the joint and bone condition.

Good luck.
